What is the turnaround time for Custom & Designed GIs?

This depends on whether you choose Personalised / Custom Design your Gi or Premium/ Basic Styled articles of Araku Sports.

Personalised / Custom Design your Gi:

  • Ordering Personalised / Custom Design your Gi: Once your order is confirmed. It takes up to 4-5 days in production depending on the complexity of the customisation.7-9 business days for shipping & delivery.

Premium / Basic Styled GIs:

  • Ordering Premium / Basic Styled GIs: Once your order is confirmed. It takes up to 3-4 days in production and 7-9 business days for shipping & delivery.

Wholesale Orders:

  • Ordering wholesale: Up to 4 weeks (7 days for design, 3 days for review, 10 days for production, 7-9 days delivery via air freight upon customer's expense). Shipment can be shipped by sea depending on the customer's preference which may take up to 6 weeks in addition.

 

Where does Araku Sports get their products line?

The head office of Araku Sports is in Sydney Australia and the production units are in Pakistan. The reason for production from Pakistan is their Elite Cotton and the thread count is very high which considers to be premium cotton. All of our products are Designed in Australia by our R&D and design team. 

 

What is size guide ?

Each brand has their own sizing chart for men/women & kids which is provided at product page. Furthermore, How to measure information is provided to ensure you get the right size.We request customers to carefully study the size charts and get the right fit.

 

Can I get more information about product before purchasing it ?

Yes, our team is knowledgeable in fitness & fashion field and can answer your questions to help you buy. Our Live chat agent is to assist you in best to ability possible. If our chat agent is offline , you can still send a message in chat and we will get back to you via email.

 

Is there post purchase support ?

Where are the washing instructions ?

It is very important to take care when washing the garments. All garments will have wash care labels or written on packaging. If you cant find it ,please get in touch with us and will advise you.

 

Why are there multi currency in website ?

Our website is based in Australia and does service to customers in Australia and Worldwide. The website transactions are done in AUD currency. To assist international buyers know cost in their respective currencies the site provides option to view in the six well known currencies which are:

Australian Dollars

New Zealand Dollars

United States Dollars

Euro 

Pound Sterling

Arab Emirates Dirhams.

 

How is site navigation ?

The site has very good filter system that allows customers to view products based on Prices , subcategories and other attributes.

 

Quantity availability ?

Some of the styles are fast runs and some are manufactured on the custom demand. Quantity is not an issue in terms of availability.

 

Can customers place draft orders ?

Currently we didnt activate the draft order in the site. However, if you need your order to be drafted to specific date then you can reach us by chat or write in the form of "instructions for seller" and we will note it to draft your order as per your instructions. Our team will advise you on the process once you place the order.

 

Can we do product customization ?

Araku Sports is the only BJJ GI brand that provides full control of the customisation to their customers. We provide the Custom Gi Designer which allows to change colours of:

  • Gi Base
  • Collar
  • Gi trim
  • Trouser
  • Contrast Stitching
  • Drawstring
  • Drawstring Loops 

Moreover, Customer can also upload custom Logo on front and back of the Gi top. Select fabric between Lightweight 350 gsm & Heavyweight 450gsm.

Apart from this, Customers can add their name or custom text at the back of Gi top with multiple colour range.

Exchanging and returning goods

How do I return a shipment?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@arakusports.com and we will update you with the address for shipment.

 

COVID-19 CONDITIONS

 

Araku Sports is operating under normal conditions. We might face delay in shipping due to lockdown in few countries.

 

As always, we ship worldwide. Your package will be sent within 72 hours during regular business days Mo-Fri.

 

To improve customer experience, we extended our returns policy to 15 days.

 

The returning goods process is:

 

1. Email us at support@arakusports.com or arakusports@gmail.com

 

2. Please also, remark on a copy of the packing slip, on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund.

 

3. You will return your product to our address

 

4. We will receive your return and check the product(s)

 

5. We will process your return and refund your money or exchange the product (this takes 2-5 working days)

 

Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchandise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in its original packaging. ALSO, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains, or smells like cologne/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

 

 

The cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account, but we will refund any shipping costs you incur for damaged or incorrectly delivered products. Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.
