Each and every product manufactured by Araku sports comes with the passion for BJJ and to entertain out customers we offer them to return their ordered purchase within 15 days of purchase and after 15 days the order cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Araku Sports do offer the product customisation feature and Gis can be made of your own choice but in terms of the return or exchange we do not offer returns for the customised or personalised products.
Araku offers exchanges and return only if the company has posted wrong or damaged item during postage. Wrong size, colour or item can be the reason for the refund except customised items but in such case you have to pay return shipping.
While filling for the return and refund you are advised to please provide the purchase receipt as a supporting document.
Customized & Personalised products
Araku Sports only offer refunds after inspection on regular items. For customized items, refund policy do not offer any refunds as those items are made on demand and cannot be refunded. Custom made items with your name, logos or brand on it cannot be sold again.
All the refunds are only applicable after inspection and approval by the company. We notify all the customers upon receiving the returned products and the approval & rejection of the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is late and have not received yet after few days go through your back account and after that try contacting your bank or relevant credit card company because sometimes payments do require sometime to be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
